③お支払い

予約もこの時点でのお支払いを推奨しております。
④作業開始
お支払いを確認後、作業開始いたします。

⑤ラフの提出

提出内容でよろしければ、清書に進みます。

【納期短縮について】
納期短縮は3日以上早める場合は特急料金が発生いたします。
キャラクター1体のみの制作に限り限界まで短縮可能な納期は2週間になります。
納期短縮の料金は繁忙期や他作業のスケジュール調整によって加算されます。
細かく調整するため、その時の状況に合わせた料金を提案いたします。
お急ぎのご依頼を確認次第、早めの返信が出来る体制を取らせていただきます。
やり取りを円滑に進めるため、こちらからの連絡もなるべく早めの確認をお願いいたします。
対策としまして確実にご依頼をしていただくために1か月以上前に予約をしていただくとスケジューリングしやすいです。
【お支払い】
お支払いは事前にお願いいたします。お支払い確認次第作業枠を設けさせていただきます。
予約の場合はお支払いいただいた時点で確定いたします。作業開始の1週間前にお支払いをおねがいいたします。
お支払いが遅れる場合はお早めにご連絡ください。
大幅修正による追加のお支払いが発生した場合は納期が延長いたします。お支払いいただいた時点から計算し、作業を再開いたします。
お支払い後のキャンセルは出来かねます。予めご了承ください。
未払いに限りキャンセルは作業開始2週間以上前までにおねがいいたします。
表記以外のお支払いは対応可能な場合は承ります。
【連絡について】

活動者はVtuberやライバー、音楽活動、ゲーマー、Youtuber、作家などにあたります。
【キャラクターやポーズ】
お任せでご依頼いただくことが多いですが、お任せの場合もキャラクターの特徴がわかる資料をお送りください。三面図を推奨しています。
ポーズに指定がある場合はご希望と同じか類似したポーズの資料をお送りください。
追加キャラクターは特に制限はありませんが、5体以上になる場合は納期など一旦相談させていただく可能性がございます。
【追加要素の発生基準】
背景の描きこみや修正は追加料金が必要と判断した場合は発生いたします。
こちらのさじ加減で判断するものになりますので背景の描きこみを希望される方、大幅修正を依頼も検討している方は予めご了承の上ご依頼ください。
また、記載の料金はあくまで目安になります。描きこみ量や修正の幅により料金が細かく変動可能性もございます。
【基本料金の改定】

② Confirmation of Request Details and Scheduling
After reviewing your request, we will propose a start date and delivery date that fits your needs.
③ Payment
If you agree with the proposed details, please make payment.
We also recommend payment at this stage for reservations.
④ Start of Work
We will begin work after confirming payment.
For reservations, we will begin work on the date previously communicated.
⑤ Submission of Rough Draft
We generally submit color rough drafts.
If you are satisfied with the submitted content, we will proceed to the final draft.
⑥ Submission and Delivery of Final Draft
We will submit the finished product.
If there are no issues, we will send it via Gigafile.
Transparent backgrounds are also available upon request.

[About shortening delivery times]
If the delivery time is shortened by more than three days, a rush fee will be charged.
For production of only one character, the maximum possible delivery time is two weeks.
Additional fees for shortening delivery times may be added depending on busy periods and scheduling adjustments for other work.
In order to fine-tune the schedule, we will propose a fee that is tailored to the current situation.
Once we confirm your urgent request, we will respond as quickly as possible.
To ensure smooth communication, we also ask that you contact us as early as possible.
We may decline your request depending on other work, etc.
As a countermeasure, to ensure your request is received, we recommend that you make your reservation at least one month in advance to make scheduling easier.
[Payment]
Please make payment in advance. We will schedule the work once we confirm your payment.
For reservations, the work will be confirmed upon payment. Please make payment one week before work begins.
If payment will be late, please contact us as soon as possible.
If additional payments are required due to major revisions, the delivery time will be extended. Work will be calculated from the time of payment and resumed.
Cancellations are not possible after payment. Thank you for your understanding.
If payment is unpaid, please cancel at least two weeks before work begins.
Payments other than those listed are accepted if possible.

[Characters and Poses]
We often receive requests for a custom design, but even in this case, please send us materials that show the character's characteristics. Three-dimensional drawings are recommended.
If you have a specific pose in mind, please send materials in the same or similar pose.
There are no restrictions on additional characters, but if there are five or more, we may need to discuss delivery dates and other details.
[Criteria for Additional Elements]
If it is determined that background details or revisions are necessary, an additional fee will be charged.
The listed price is a guideline only and may vary slightly depending on the amount of revisions.
