■ キャラたちは「国益」つまり、自分の利益によって行動するため善悪概念が模糊し、その観点もそれぞれ違う

■ 国は政治で動くため、政治的要素の完全排除は不可能（無論、過度に入れないし、敏感な要素は気をつける予定）

■ 制服は会議の時に着る一種の正装
