⚠️ Please check with me (DM or mention) FIRST about the items you’re interested so I can check the availability. Then I’ll calculate the total price of your order + shipping fee to your country. STRICTLY no cancellation once your order is confirmed.
⭕️ Regarding the items:
✨ Items are all OFFICIAL and in excellent condition (unused) unless stated otherwise. Packaging for random merch are ALL unsealed for the sake of checking the character inside.
✨ Everything I post on Twitter is onhand and ready to ship.
⭕️ Payment:
✨ Total price of your items + shipping fee
✨ Deadline of payment: 3 days after your order is confirmed (deadline can be negotiable, just let me know)
✨ Mode of payment:
* Direct Bank Transfer (through Wise or other methods) ※Service charge of WISE is much cheaper than Paypal
* Paypal ※ If payment is going to be sent through goods and services, in addition of 250 yen transfer charge from Paypal to my bank account, there will also be a Paypal international fee rate of 4.4% + 40 yen service charge.

✨ Domestic (Japan) and international
✨ Shipping method: EMS / Airmail / Surface Mail ※If there’s other shipping method you would like me to do, please let me know and I will see if I can do something about it.
✨ Due to my work schedule, shipping will be done at least once a week. (weekdays only)

‼️About preorders / split orders
☑ Flow of ordering:
After putting your order, I’ll send how much you need to pay and when is the deadline of the payment (It’s usually only few days after I put the order) -> I’ll ask you to send the payment -> Once I’ve received it, I’ll pay for the order at the convenience store. -> I’ll send you the email confirmation that I’ve paid the order.
☑ There will be 2 payments:
1st payment: your order
2nd payment: shipping fee to your country
(Once I've confirmed your 2nd payment, I'll ship your package.)
☑ Strictly no cancellations after paying the items. Preordered items can take quite a long time before its release so I would appreciate your patience. Please make sure you’re willing to wait before ordering.
‼️About direct purchase/buying requests
※ TO AVOID MY PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITH A BOGUS BUYER / JOY RESERVER, I’M ONLY ACCEPTING BUYING REQUESTS IF YOU HAVE A PREVIOUS TRANSACTION WITH ME.
☑ I mostly get requests for merch from JUMP SHOP but since items can get sold out quickly, I’ll only ask for the payment after I get the items.
☑ Accepting any series (JUMP or non JUMP) from any shops (JUMP SHOP, Animate, Animega Sofmap, Gundam, Ghibli Store, Melonbooks, etc)
☑ I’m also accepting buying requests for the anime cafes, pop-up stores or exhibitions I’ll be going.
☑ Request for netprints from Japanese fanartists is accepted. Please let me know immediately as netprints have limited period for printing.
☑ Strictly no cancellations after doing a request. I can only get the items depending on my schedule. Please make sure you’re willing to wait before making a request.
